Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How long does each cigarette last?
A. USAcig cigarettes are equivalent to most tobacco filled cigarettes. This will, of course, depend on your smoking habits. Research has found that one of our smokeless cigarette cartridges last the equivalent of one pack of cigarettes. (In comparison to an individual cigarette, you will need to take anywhere between 14-17 puffs on the electric cigarette to feel satisfied. A traditional cigarette will burn down after 7-9 puffs.)
Electronic cigarettes, also called an e-cigarette (or e-smokes) are an electric version of a cigarette, providing small amounts of nicotine with each inhalation. But, instead of unhealthy smoke dispersing from the cigarette, harmless water vapor is dispersed.
Q: Where can I use (“smoke”) The Electric Cigarette™ (TEC)?
A: Anywhere. Because TEC is non-flammable and contains no tobacco or tar, it is approved for use anywhere, even in non-smoking areas and law does not prohibit its use. You may smoke freely. However, smoking on airplanes is cautioned.
Q: Is there an on or off switch?
A: No. Every time you inhale, TEC a sensor is activated making the product easy to use and battery efficient.
USAcig has gone to great lengths to make ensure our electronic cigarettes are the very best quality products available on the market.
Q: Are smokeless cigarettes approved by the FDA?
A: The Alcohol and Tobacco Trade Bureau (TTB) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have formally stated that smokeless cigarettes are not a product that warrants the involvement or oversight of either government entity. The FDA notes that electric cigarettes do not fit the classification of products it governs. The TTB (Tobacco and Taxation Bureau, formally the ATF, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) has formally determined that the TTB has no regulatory interest in the smokeless cigarette industry because it does not contain tobacco.
It is only available to people aged 18 or over and is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Q: How will TEC affect my budget?
A: With today’s economy the way it is, everyone can use a break. With the prices of cigarettes higher than ever, at an average monthly cost of $100 and and average of $8 a pack, Electronic Cigarette users will note the cost efficiency upon their second cartridge purchase. After the initial purchase of TEC users will only have to pay for their cartridge refills
Q: What are the ingredients in TEC?
A: The main ingredient is nicotine. When inhaled, the nicotine travels through the cartridge filter which then vaporizes the nicotine, causing the smoker to inhale propylene glycol (a colorless water vapor). There is NO tobacco or tar in this product.
Q: Are there health benefits to TEC?
A: Yes. For yourself, there is no harmful tobacco or tar entering your body. For others, there is no second-hand smoke. Also, TEC will in fact help you quit smoking all together.
Q: What are my Electric Cigarette smoking options?
A: TEC comes in an array of flavors all at different dosages. So whether you feel like the chocolate flavor one day, coffee the next, or just the regular, smokers have a variety to choose from.
Q: It looks and tastes like a cigarette but does it smell like it too?
A: Smokers will find that another benefit in smoking TEC is that unlike regular cigarettes, there is hardly any odor. Users will be able to enjoy smoking without having any smell left on their clothes or even in their car.
Q: Where can I charge my Electric Cigarette?
A: Users can recharge their TEC wherever they please: in the car, at home, at work, from their computer. With the proper chargers and power outlets, you can choose to charge your TEC anytime, anywhere.
Q: How often will I have to refill my cartridge?
A: One cartridge will last the user about the same as 2 regular packs. Based on how frequently the smoker uses TEC cartridges will have to be refilled.
Q: How will I know when to replace my cartridge?
A: When the cartridge is running low on nicotine, the smoker will be able to note a change in flavor along with a reduction in vapor. This is an indication that the cartridge will need to be replaced.
